• Identity Data: Name, Profile Photo, national ID, email address, phone number, country of residence, trading preferences. This data is collected directly in both the Sign Up and Profile electronic online forms to enable end user to use the service.
• Payment Data: SyoolTik platform does not collect any payment data from end users. Payments are done through an external payment gateway as mentioned in article#7 of this document.
• Usage Data: Course progress, quiz results, interaction logs This data is collected indirectly by SyoolTik platform (upon approval of the user on Sign Up form) to record the learning journey progress of end user to facilitate smooth resume, and achievement recognition.
• Device Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type. This data is collected indirectly by using analytics tools (upon approval of the user on Sign Up form) to help with enhancing the platform to fit all devices.
• Optional Data: Feedback submissions This data is collected directly by the Contact Us online form that exists on SyoolTik platform to receive user feedback.
3. Purpose of Data Collection
We collect and process your data to:
• Provide access to educational content and enhanced learning paths, by using data collected about the user progress to display the courses to resume, the recommended next ones, and then assessment quizzes.
• Improve platform performance and user experience, by using analytics info about user behavior on the platform from different devices, SyoolTik tech team can enhance performance issues that may be related to specific devices.
• Communicate updates, promotions, and service-related notifications, by using contact info like emails of users, SyoolTik team can share updates about the provided trading courses.
• Comply with legal obligations under Saudi law, by assure Saudi user identity (National ID number).
• Prevent misuse and ensure platform security, by using the provided contact info “Phone Number” and “Email” to verify user identity.

Under PDPL, we process your data based on:

7. Payment Information and Card Data Protection
We do not store or retain any credit card or payment card information within our systems or databases.
All payment transactions are securely processed through a third-party payment gateway that complies with industry standards such as PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
When you initiate a payment, you are redirected to the external payment service provider, where your card details are handled directly and securely. These details do not pass through or get stored by our website or mobile application.
We carefully select payment providers that meet the data protection requirements of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and ensure that your financial information is handled with the highest level of security and confidentiality.
